| Description: | Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, works to help prepare and serve food and alcohol in the Hobble Creek Restaurant.

| Duties: | As directed, helps prepare food for serving in the restaurant for small or large numbers of patrons. Helps serve the food at the restaurant. Serves beer when ordered, but only under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager and after training as required by law. As directed, assists in the clean up: cleans up after patrons or cleans the kitchen or entire restaurant area. As directed, takes money in payment for food service and makes accurate change. |
| Qualifications: | Graduation from High School. Previous experience in food service preferred. Must be 21 years of age to serve beer. |
